Alec was great! He called me right when he got the request and confirmed all of my details. He let me know that his truck might be too big to fit into the parking garage that I was in, but he’d still be happy to come help me troubleshoot and see if my car couldn’t be jumped. Once he got there, he tried jumping it and when that didn’t work, I jokingly suggested pushing my car out of the garage, but he had me get in while him and my brother in law pushed my car out of the garage to get it on the truck. He went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate how easy everything was despite me being in kind of a tricky situation. He even sent me a photo of my car once it was dropped off at the shop. If you are looking for good, helpful people, Silver Line Towing should be at the top of your list!
We recently completed two projects, moving a fleet of trucks. We work across the country with tow truck operators all the time, and this was the best experience Alec And his team went above and beyond they always answered their phone. The pricing was great. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.

I got a flat tire and, unfortunately, my car didn’t have a spare. A tow truck from Silver Lining happened to be in the parking lot. They walked right up and politely asked if I needed help. It was a lifesaver. Super friendly, extremely helpful, and a reasonable price for the tow to my mechanic. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Silver Lining Towing. I was able to communicate easily by text and they called to tell me the ETA. After our car was dropped off at our mechanic they texted and sent a picture!

After my son got in an accident we were referred by our insurance company to Silver Line towing. Alex was super helpful on timeline, picked up the car delivered it and confirmed drop off at the collision repair shop. It was an easy and smooth experience as Alex took care of everything - I didn’t have to stay and wait for them and they dropped off the key and communicated with the collision center and sent me a text with pictures when they were done!
What an amazing company! While parking my car it slid into a deep ditch that was difficult to see at night and got really stuck. I’m confident that any other tow truck company would’ve pulled the car out and torn the front bumper off. Not these guys. It took two tow trucks, but they were able to get the vehicle out of the ditch without any damage. Wow. They were very careful not to damage the vehicle and their creative approach saved the day! The bill was beyond reasonable. They’re just good, honest people who seemed to really care. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow truck.

Driver was able to come quickly then efficiently and safely transported my vehicle from my home in Franklinton to a repair location in Raleigh. Great job.
Came out to my job in a days notice and grabbed my old Mustang to send off to scrap, did it in under 30 minutes and was out in an hour, would recommend him to everyone in the triangle area .
Unfortunate accident in my own driveway which is up on a hill. I went through my insurance company and fortunately they utilize a trustworthy and communicative towing service. Not only did he get my car down the driveway, but got it towed in a timely fashion to the dealership. He shot me a picture once it arrived there. They also have a computerized system that gives you real time when they’ve been dispatched and when they are en route to the car, All the way until it arrives to its destination. Great communication, and needless to say I was very impressed. If the need should arise, I will absolutely utilize this company again.

When your car leaves you stranded - this is the team to call! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had w/ a towing company. They gave me an ETA estimate via text and updated me every so often. They were upbeat and friendly, I wasn't there at my car - they took a photo of it being picked up and a photo of it being dropped off. They communicated and let you know your car was being attended to!
I will always strive to use them if I can!

Excellent Customer Service! I had to call a tow due to storm damage to my car and my insurance company set it up with Silver Liming Towing with an ETA that was very reasonable. I called the tow company and actually got the driver that would be picking up my car. He was polite and considerate of my time and was at my house shortly after the expected due time. I could not have asked for a quicker response or someone who stayed in touch with me up to the drop off at the collision company. I will be recommending this tow company in the future. It is nice to know there are companies that still take the customer’s time into consideration.
They picked up my car after a deer incident. They got to me super fast- I think it was maybe all of 30 minutes or less before they got to me and had my vehicle hooked up in no time. They knew exactly what they were doing and were incredibly helpful. They looked at damaged before hand and were very careful to make sure they didn’t add to the already damaged vehicle. They were delicate with my car and approached it gently. They even were able to get my car out of a tight spot without issue. My car is a difficult one to tow and they talked me through what needed to be done to tow it. 10/10 would recommend this towing service.

Service is great!! Before the driver arrived to my car, he called my number to verify everything and confirmed my concerns which included his estimated arrival times. Handed the keys off smooth and quick after his arrival and assured me that my car will be taken care of. His delivery time was on point and I was left feeling relieved about my decision. Don’t hesitate to choose this place as your designated car transport! :)
Scheduled a pickup through my car insurance. The whole process was very smoothly. All I had to do was to hand the keys to the tow driver, who knew what he was doing with loading a car with engine problems. The car was dropped off at the dealership in the same condition it was picked up in.
Easy process and they were quick to respond and deliver my car from my house to a mechanic 20 miles away. They even sent pictures when it was delivered. Would recommend
Silver Lining is reliable and trustworthy. Chase was able to get my jeep towed after another company was unable. He let me know when it had safely arrived at the dealership as well. He made a stressful situation as smooth as it could be. Would recommend Silver Lining!
